The Intelligence Dissemination Module allows intelligence to be collected, sanitised and disseminated from within its own module as well as any of the other Source and Covert modules in line with the National Intelligence Module (NIM).
This vital module allows critical intelligence to be shared and sanitised in line with the National Intelligence Module (NIM), enabling officers to make the most of the information in the system to be more effective in their activities and decision making. It also acts as a gateway to the Force intelligence system.
The Intelligence Dissemination module is a standard shared module which allows intelligence to be sanitised and disseminated from any of the other modules within the system in line with the National Intelligence Module (NIM).
It can also be run in stand-alone mode to allow general intelligence to be disseminated. In this instance the details of the source can be securely recorded to monitor status drift as part of an Intelligence Source Register.
The system allows results to be added to all disseminated intelligence which can be fed back to the Source Management Database module for that intelligence.
The Search Manager function enables you to create and run reports against all the modules in the Charter Source and Covert Authorities System allowing global searches to be run across all the data in the system.
The searches provided are extremely comprehensive and flexible allowing any number of user-defined criteria to be included. The security of the system is maintained within the search module ensuring that users can only conduct searches on data that they would normally have access to within the system.
All search results can be exported from the system by users with the appropriate access rights and opened in external software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word etc. for further analysis.
